WEA Partnership eV was founded in Bonn in 2022 and belongs to the family of the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA).

The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) was founded in London in 1846 and is a network of evangelical churches and organizations dedicated to unity and cooperation among evangelical Christians worldwide. Its founding took place during a time when many evangelical communities in Europe and North America were seeking ways to unite and work together for the gospel.
