Dr. Peirong Lin is a theologian. Professionally, she has experience in human resources and personnel development. Since March 2021, she has served as Deputy Secretary General of the WEA (World Evangelical Alliance). Before becoming Deputy Secretary General, she was Director of Human Resources and Research Coordinator for the WEA's Theological Affairs Department. She brings a unique blend of practical and theoretical knowledge. During her time with World Vision in the Asia-Pacific region, she studied at universities in Singapore, Australia, and Belgium, earning several academic degrees: a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Organizational Management, and a PhD in Theology and Religious Studies. Peirong enjoys working with diverse groups of people, listening to their different perspectives, and bringing them together to achieve common goals. Originally from Singapore, Peirong grew up in a multicultural and multireligious environment.
