Mark Abhishek Das was born in Kolkata, India. He received his theological training at Allahabad Bible Seminary, where he developed a deep passion for ministry and social justice. After graduating, Mark initially worked for two international NGOs, including the International Justice Mission, an organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and modern slavery. In 2020, Mark moved to Bonn, Germany. There, he joined the American Evangelical Church and served for three years as NextGen Director. In this role, he was instrumental in nurturing and leading the next generation of Christian children and youth. Mark works for the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) as a communications and membership coordinator. He is married to Mahima Valentine, with whom he has a daughter named Ariella Aayat Valentine. His life and work reflect a strong commitment to faith, justice, and community.
