Frank Heinrich
Frank Heinrich is a theologian, social worker, and politician. He was a member of the German Bundestag from 2009 to 2021 and has been a member of the board of the German Evangelical Alliance since September 2022. After a year abroad studying theology in Canada and completing studies in social work, Frank Heinrich became a member of the Salvation Army in Freiburg im Breisgau. Until 1995, he led the social missionary service in Freiburg as a social worker. In 1997, Frank Heinrich was ordained as a Salvation Army officer/pastor. From 1997 until his candidacy for the Bundestag in 2009, he and his wife led the Salvation Army corps in Chemnitz. Since 2023, he has been one of the co-chairs of the board of the German Evangelical Alliance and its policy officer. Frank Heinrich has been married since 1987 and is the father of four children.
