Cinzia Wieland, a graduate in Industrial Engineering, worked for many years, primarily in technical sales in the private sector, including at a start-up. For several years now, she has been contributing her expertise to non-profit organizations. She is the Chairwoman of Truth and Transformation eV, co-founder of WEA Partnership eV, and continues to provide support in organizational development and finance.
