From December 1st to 6th, 2024, the WEA Crisis Response Center in Amman, Jordan, conducted a training course for 19 participants from the MENA region. The aim was to strengthen the capacities of the National Evangelical Alliances in the areas of disaster relief, project management, and fundraising, as well as to initiate a training-of-trainer process in emergency relief organizations in the chronically crisis-ridden region.
The training concept combined face-to-face seminars on fundraising, Logical Framework, project cycle management, international humanitarian standards, trauma work and volunteer management with supplementary online resources and proved to be sustainable and cost-efficient.
